- Cancellations made after 7 business days of order date are subject to 25% restocking fee.
- All of our jewelry is hand-made on an ad-hoc basis, therefore, we have a 20% cancellation fee if the order is not cancelled within 7 days of original order
- There are additional charges for rush and/or special orders
- Most orders are shipped within two weeks
